We are thrilled to announce one of our 2023 undertaking, the ECLA Villejuif Campus project. This vibrant campus stands as a testament to our ongoing commitment to contribute in creating spaces that are not only functional and innovative but also foster an engaging community environment.
At Contract Srl, we’re deeply committed to environmental sustainability, which significantly influences our choice of materials and processes. We consistently strive to incorporate sustainable materials into our interior general contracting projects, reinforcing our promise to respect and protect the environment. Our work on the ECLA Villejuif Campus is no exception, featuring thoughtfully sourced, natural, and recycled materials that have been used to create the various furnishings and design elements. Each piece of furniture, each fixture, is a testament to the fact that beautiful design and sustainability are not mutually exclusive, but can coexist in harmony.
Looking deeper into the project, at the heart of the ECLA Villejuif Campus is the common area. We created the furnishement of these spaces to seamlessly blend aesthetics and functionality, providing students with a multitude of areas to study, socialize, or simply unwind.
The cafeteria zone is a hub of activity, designed to encourage community interaction over meals. Adjoining this, the communal kitchen provides an opportunity for students to engage in culinary explorations, providing a home away from home.
The striking Blue Podium and Hexagonal Podium serve as focal points within the campus, inviting students to gather for discussions, presentations, or impromptu brainstorming sessions. These spaces are designed to inspire creativity and facilitate knowledge sharing.
In a unique twist, the campus also features a mini-golf course, catering to both recreational and social needs.
The Chillout zone is the ultimate retreat for relaxation, providing a serene space to recharge and refresh amidst the hustle and bustle of campus life.
Looking ahead, we are excited to share that by the end of this summer, we will be delivering the third phase of another ECLA Campus project. We’re eagerly anticipating the completion of this latest stage, with each phase representing a step forward in our continued efforts to shape innovative and sustainable educational environments.
