The processing of the data provided will be carried out with methods and procedures aimed at ensuring that it is carried out in compliance with the fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the interested party, with reference to confidentiality and security, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.

Any personal data provided are processed with tools, including automated ones, with organizational and logical methods related to the purposes indicated.

Access to data, communication

– personal and identification data, such as name, surname, email, telephone, including company data;

– information necessary to request / provide the products or services requested / offered;

– contacts relating to the contacts who interact with Contract S.r.l.,

so that Contract can respond to the requests produced and / or provide the requested service.

In this case, an automated system sends the communications that users enter or send from the site directly to Contract: there is no database in this regard, an email is simply generated that arrives directly to the Contract staff. The processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the aforementioned Contract headquarters (or in the offices in Paris and Naples) and is only handled by staff from the Office in charge of processing. The processing time is linked to the strict request, generally from companies; even if they came from natural persons, the processing would take place for the time necessary to process the user’s request. Any further processing is then postponed to any contracts that may derive from it, and regulated therein

Navigation data-safety.

The computer system acquires some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

Contract uses Linkedin’s Insight Tag. The LinkedIn Insight Tag allows the collection of data relating to visits by Linkedin members to the website, including the URL, IP address, device and browser characteristics (User Agent), date and time. They are managed anonymously. LinkedIn does not share personal data with the website owner; provides only aggregate reports and (non-identifying) alerts on the website’s audience.

Contract S.r.l. will keep track of the User’s consent (s) through a special technical cookie, lasting six months.

Rights of the interested parties
