Contract has developed numerous interventions in the hospitality sector and in student residences, two fields defined by the need to integrate functionality, durability, and execution quality.

In the hospitality sector, it contributes to projects such as The St. Regis Venice, Hotel Bleis in Bologna, and Hotel Ancora in Cortina, providing custom-made furnishings and solutions for rooms, suites, and common areas. These projects require precise workmanship, careful material selection, and constant coordination between production, logistics, and installation.

At the same time, Contract is active in the development of student housing across Europe, including residences within the Ecla network in France and Switzerland, as well as projects for The Social Hub in Italy and abroad. Large-scale interventions that combine rooms, shared spaces, and study areas, with furnishings designed to withstand intensive use and integrate into shared, multifunctional environments.

Managing hospitality and residential projects simultaneously confirms Contract’s operational versatility. Its organizational model ensures continuity across processes and quality control at every stage of the work.

For 35 years, we have been delivering bespoke solutions, approaching each project as a complex system that requires method, organization, and coordination. Rooted in an Italian manufacturing context, we have worked from the outset through autonomous, multidisciplinary project teams. Executive design, production, logistics, and installation operate in full integration.

We operate with a model that has grown alongside increasingly complex commissions and international markets, enabling us to act as an executive partner with full operational and managerial control. Outsourcing is an integral part of our method: we coordinate a consolidated network of specialized partners and suppliers, ensuring consistency and control even in the most articulated projects.

From Europe to America, passing through the Middle East and Africa, Contract manages international projects across multiple sectors, coordinating production, logistics, and installations in different contexts.

Recent destinations include Johannesburg, with the new Nespresso boutique; Seattle, inside the Nordstrom department store, for the opening of a Bottega Veneta retail space; and Honduras, with a new KIKO store that strengthens the brand’s presence in additional geographical areas.

Further projects completed by Contract in this period include KIKO in Egypt, Tunisia, Lebanon, Chile, La Réunion, and Mexico, where each intervention was managed to measure, from production to on-site delivery and final installation.

Each realisation confirms a structured operational model capable of adapting to varying regulations, timelines, and logistical conditions, ensuring quality continuity and technical coordination throughout every project phase. An approach that enables Contract to support international brands with reliable and consistent executions.

Contract oversaw the executive development, production, and installation of the ground-floor common areas of the new Ecla residence in Archamps, delivering a tailored intervention in dialogue with the architectural project and the surrounding mountain landscape.

One of the project’s focal points is the large multifunctional counter that merges the reception and bar into a single unit. Designed based on client specifications, the volume is clad in Cimento® with powder-coated metal details and integrated lighting.

The intervention also included part of the lighting supply. The fixtures installed above the counter were custom-engineered to meet specific technical requirements, ensuring visual coherence and optimal performance in a high-traffic space.

In the coworking area, two large tree-like structures in laminated wood define and organise the environment: the “round tree”, composed of 24 curved blades around a central column, integrates a circular table and built-in bench; the “linear tree” becomes a bookshelf with an L-shaped bench upholstered in fabric. The project is completed by the corner shop shelving and a series of coordinated benches along the full-height windows.

Contract contributed to the execution of the new The Social Hub location in Rome, managing the supply, production, and installation of custom furnishings for the common areas, including the rooftop space. The development of the project followed the brand’s established guidelines and identity, with customized solutions and integrated logistics management.

Among the most distinctive features is the tiered seating in the basement level. It stands out for its undulating wooden structure, clad with coloured linoleum elements and illuminated at the base by LED Flex lights integrated. The configuration is completed by two wooden side walls and a top section with built-in planters and sofas, which creates a seamless transition between adjacent areas.

On the ground floor, Contract built a counter with a tiled front that echoes the colors and materials used for the tiered seating, ensuring visual and functional coherence throughout the space. The project also included the supply and installation of shelves and furniture, designed to blend with the architectural layout.

We have obtained three important international certifications from DNV, one of the most authoritative and globally recognized certification bodies. This achievement strengthens and formalizes our already consolidated approach to project management, ensuring high standards in quality, sustainability, and safety.

The Quality System Certification (ISO 9001) confirms the effectiveness of our quality management system, which is structured and focused on continuous improvement. For us, this means adopting a rigorous and traceable working method that increases client trust and guarantees a competitive advantage recognized also by partners and suppliers.

The Environmental System Certification (ISO 14001) confirms that the activities carried out at our operational headquarters comply with international standards for sustainability and environmental impact control.
This certification reflects our commitment to practices aimed at reducing consumption, optimizing resources, and managing waste responsibly.

Finally, the Safety System Certification (ISO 45001) certifies our proactive system for safeguarding health and safety in the workplace. It reflects a clear choice to adopt a structured approach aimed at preventing accidents, continuously improving operational conditions, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.

This milestone represents a further step forward towards an operational model that combines technical efficiency, social responsibility, and environmental sustainability.

Contract has completed the project for the new Victoria’s Secret boutique in Valencia, developed across two levels with a total area of 395 square meters. The project involved the carry out and installation of custom-made furnishings—both perimeter and central—with the goal of handcrafting an environment consistent with the brand’s international format.

The project included the setup of display areas and fitting rooms, carefully curated down to the smallest detail to ensure a smooth and comfortable customer journey. Contract manufactured the fluted panels for the shop windows and interior walls, key elements that reflect the defined brand’s format. The work also included the production and installation of lightboxes and internal signage.

For the fitting rooms, we custom-built and installed mirrors, doors, ottomans, and coat hooks. The selection of materials – such as black and gold painted metal, white lacquered wood, and fluted glass – helps to create a space that aligns perfectly with Victoria’s Secret’s aesthetic codes.

As part of an urban redevelopment project, a new multifunctional hospitality center is taking shape in the capital, designed by a renowned architecture firm. The design blends materials such as wood, metal, tiles, and linoleum to create welcoming and functional spaces. We are handling the production and installation of custom furnishings for the common areas, transforming the concept into a dynamic and tangible space.

From the common areas to the exclusive rooftop, every element is designed to reflect the brand’s identity and architectural vision. The project is continuously evolving, with precise coordination to ensure quality and timely execution.

A new TSH is coming. After The Social Hub in Toulouse (2022) and TSH Lavagnini rooftop in Florence (2023), Contract has been working on a new project for the Dutch group, a leading company in the hybrid hospitality sector. 

The new Social Hub will arise in the former industrial district of Fiat Belfiore in Florence, and will comprise 550 rooms on five floors with plenty of services, coworking, and coliving spaces. 

The contemporary idea of hospitality of TSH group addresses a dynamic target of travelers, students, explorers, and locals with the common desire to meet, work, and live in spaces equipped with all the services needed.   

In fitting the interiors, in line with Rizoma Architetture architectural concept and TSH personality, we have been giving life to welcoming and energetic bespoke furnishings. Finishes, decorations, color combinations: everything creates a convivial and youthful atmosphere.

For the panoramic rooftop, which will host a bar area, a 50-meter swimming pool, and a 400-meter athletics track, we have been setting up spaces with a green soul.
